The 2019 Educational Conference is scheduled for March 11, 12 and 13, 2019.  FLBOA is again proud to present on-line registration for the 2019 conference.  Please use this link Click To Register  and follow the directions to complete your registration.  You will need your NY Training ID and FDID listed above.  This 3-day conference is expected, again, to be approved for 24 hours of in-service training.  Please check the FLBOA website: www.flboa.com for additional information as it becomes available.

Please note that there is no increase to the registration fee for the 2019 program.  The cost remains at $390.00 for all three days. The Education Committee has always prided itself on keeping the cost as low as possible while providing a conference of high quality.  Your registration confirmation will include your invoice.  Please process payment and also note new mailing address on your invoice.

The 2019 conference will be limited to 350 attendees.  The 2019 conference will be this organization’s 44th and we hope that you will consider attending the banquet Monday evening for presentations and entertainment.  If you plan on coming to the banquet, please note your menu selection on your registration form.

Individuals are requested to contact the Hotel directly at 585-359-1800 or www.ritinn.com for hotel room reservations. The cut-off date for reserving a room is February 16, 2019. Check-in time is 3:00PM. Check-out time is 12:00PM. To receive our special rate, you must mention the FLBOA Conference. If you are reserving a room on-line, you will need to enter the Group Attendance Code: 1903FLBOARB to receive the special rate.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  If tax exempt forms are presented, the method of payment must be from the organization listed on the tax exempt form (i.e. the name on the tax exempt form must match the name on the credit card, check or purchase order). Please note that credit card payment information cannot be accepted over the phone.
